The content on our AI Masterclass course and material have huge value for AI Technologies. We prohibit the commercial use of our course material content in other courses and classes. However, if you use our content for the purpose of teaching and selling other AI courses, you will be subject to our “Copy Licensing Agreement”: by directly copying or modifying the content from our AI Masterclass course material and content and using it in any format as part of a marketing promotion for a similar product or service of this AI Masterclass, you agree to pay the one off licence fee of 50,000 GBP for each individual media creative to licence the content for the next 10 years, invoice payable within 30 days of issue.
The law applicable to the terms of use of this AI Masterclass is the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.
Although against our rules above, you may at your discretion set up in competition with AI Technologies providing similar AI Masterclass training and related services. However, in recognition of the value this takes away, you agree to pay a flat rate fee of 3,000 GBP per customer plus 50% of any revenue. Both parties agree to settle these invoices within 30 days of issue.
If, for any reason, after attending the first day of the course you do not want to proceed further, simply email of contact the teacher to get a full refund without having to prove anything.

These terms and conditions shall remain valid and enforceable even if a refund is claimed or processed for the AI Masterclass course. The acceptance of these terms and conditions is not contingent upon the refund policy or the processing of a refund.
