The organization has deployed AI solutions to detect as quickly as possible if any malicious behavior has been attempted using its system network and having as few as possible false alarms. Now the solutions and the data need to be embedded into an AI and data system to manage its ongoing quality, security and governance.
We first developed a layered and integrated set of procedures and testing materials integrated with their existing governance systems (both data and security). Based on that, we further developed an incident response procedure in case specific incident may occur. This allowed the client to manage the data and the AI solution and trust they are prepare in the eventuality of bad scenarios.
The client is a public institution with both sensitive data and live AI solutions. Due to the new AI regulations and security reasons and by law, the AI solutions (and data) need to have constant checks in place (to avoid corruption of the output and mitigate potential unwanted results).
We designed and developed the full AI governance system in alignement with industry standards (like ISO 42001, GDRP, essential plus). The system includes policies, processes and test materials and it allows the organization to use any AI solutions in use safely and according to the legal requirements. The AI governance system has been designed to be scalable as any new AI solution adopted can be added to the systmem with minimal costs.
ISGD had contracts with large telecommunication companies to manage large amount of data generated by their networks and services. ISGD is contracted to deploy efficient solutions to screen automatically traffic data for various purposes (including security issues). These solutions needed a data and security governance to align both industry standards and regulations and avoid potential liability issues.
